Ohio newbie, Car on the way EARLY!!

I just ordered a BRG CS mostly stock (with cruise/cold weather) a month ago from MAG in Ohio, and it is already on a boat (Aida) heading my way. They said it would be in around December/January!!!! I have been wanting a Mini for about 15 years now, but could never give in to having an older car as my main ride, when I saw the MIni at the Detroit auto show two years ago (first intro) I was just floored! I somehow slipped in and got one ordered and was amazed to see that it was built and on a ship just 3 1/2 weeks later, I gotta sell my 2000 Jetta (6th VW-3 Sciroccos, Corrado, GTI, Jetta) to make room in my wallet for the MINI. Can't wait to see it. It will look great next to my Classic Range Rover!


Is there anyone else in central Ohio out there?? Would be interested in getting together once my car gets here??

Congrats on your MINI coming in early! It sounds like it'll be beautiful and you'll really, really enjoy it. Hopefully it'll be here in time for the next Midwest MINI meet in November. I'm glad to hear that more MCSs are arriving in central Ohio. Mine was getting a little lonely with the plethora of Coopers on the road. I'll be on the lookout for you.

I bought my Cooper from MAG back on July 13th. And I still love it. I'm from Sidney, OH. about an hours drive from MAG. Alot of great people work at MAG, very helpful bunch.

Make sure you post some pics when your baby is delivered.
