TLC Booklet

Picked up a 2007 Cooper today with 18200 on , got it from an independant who advertised it with TLC , its had its 1st service a couple of hundred miles earlier .
Not got a TLC voucher book with the car , dealer ( non mini ) thinks it can be confirmed from Mini and a replacement book issued .
Any idea if this is correct ?

Should be able to sort you out. To be honest you don't really need to the booklet as it should be on their system.

not yet, but it will be on record that i paid fot TLC when i bought the car

As Paul said, it isn't a major issue not having the booklet. Everything is recorded on the system so any Mini dealer can identify if the car was registered with TLC.

You often find TLC books not filled in with stamps to indicate that a service was carried out. Not good but it's not a major issue as any dealer will be able to tell you when and where the car was serviced.
