see if they will give you the TLC package, this gives you a further 3 yrs service and should you wish to seel in that time helps to keep the price of the car. Also make sure they give it a service prior to your collection.

What a nightmare...3 hours before I am due to colect the Mini they call me and request a fax of the settlement figure on my current car that I am trading in.

I then try for ages to get through to them only for them to say it has to be done by post. After an argument they finally agree so I'm hoping this is being done as I type this!

With any luck I should be driving around in it by 2pm!

Chances are it'll have TLC, and they won't service it if it does unless its within 1000 miles of being due. As you don't have to pay with the TLC pack its not an issue!

If its not got TLC try and get them to service it for you as if it does. Chances are they'll do this as selling a mini without tlc is very difficult. Thing is at the minute minis are selling with no difficulty, especially the used ones, so they may not give you much.

The rubber mats are great. Much better than the carpet ones as they stop wet carpet smell and catch dirt that would get engrained in... £30 or somehting well spent (or get them free)
