Potential purchase - Dooper

I'm new here (it'll become obvious!) and would appreciate some advice; thinking about buying a new Dooper (Chili pack) and wondering about which extras to buy. Looking at lots but 1st questions revolve around the audio / nav system, full USB etc. Intend specifying the Nav. I want to use a 3G iPhone and USB memory sticks - I assume these are both possible and both can be controlled / selected using the steering wheel mounted controls?
How good (or bad) is the Mini HiFi sound add-od? worth it?

Please be gentle with me!

Tim

You may aswell wait for the Harman Kardon set up to be available - its superb. The mini navigation looks good but is not better than a normal portable one.

Visibility pack is DEFINITELY worth having - after having it I wouldn't be without it.

If I were you, I'd spend the £1000 or whatever you'd save on not having sat nav on visibility pack and a sun roof - the sun roof is top notch when you're inside the car

You can use a memory stick as far as I know, but not sure on the iPhone bit

Any ideas if dealers are giving the HK option, despite it not being on the cofigurator (on-line)??
I'd probably end up using my TomTom but like having the inbuilt one for what I'm hoping it adds to other aspects. I'm sure it's not truly worth the money but accept that.

Going for that, thanks for the recommendation.

Hadn't really considered the sunroof - might though, I'll certainly try to look at one at the stealers.

Sat nav looks good I'll give it that, but then and again so does £1500 in the bank! It looks better and makes the phone kit easier to use but other than that its pointless. I think dealers are taking HK orders - the configurator hasn't been upgraded in ages - the first still isn't on.

You'll love the visibility pack, especially in the winter! No more deicer

Sun roof lets a lot of light in and is a nice thing to have in the summer - I'll be wanting it next time. Definitely worth having although its a very rare option!
