Question a few questions

got a few questions about my mini one!!!

.had a powerflow cat-back exhaust put on a bit ago it sounds ok maybe abit loud could this make my mini slower????

. what are the best or the brightest bulbs to change to from my old yellow looking ones??

. whant to lower my mini but dont know how low i can go???? what do i need to do??
