Hi Guys,

Im looking at selling my 03 COOPER,
its in lovely condition, couple of paint chip marks that were sorted by the dealer when I got it but I have really took care of the paintwork since, its quite standard with CHILLI pack and 16" alloys, done 46k miles, new exhaust & power steering pump last year with last warranty service so has service history, has the 6 disc cd changer in boot and chrome interior pack - inside is like new.
Oh and its red with white roof and white stipes, can anyone give me an idea of a price I could expect to get in a part ex with a dealer or would it be better to sell it privately, I would like to go into a dealers with a bit of knowledge and realistic figs in mind, I'm looking at cooper s models as my next car - not new, maybe 1-2 yrs old.

Any help / feedback would be much appreciated.

with a 6 year old car always better selling it private and look for a discount from dealer.

you should sell it no problem with service history, etc

Got a p/x quote on mine from MINI Sales Man on here, similar car to yours just slightly higher spec, he gave me a rough quote of £5600-6000 depending on condition.

I'd imagine yours would be pretty similar, not sure about non part exchange prices though?

im getting £4750 part ex for a 04 MINI ONE with pepper pack, sports seats & HK - with full franchised service history and 87k on the clock with one ding and endless stone chips...
