Before you start insulting people you should try to and understand a few things yourself.
Just how as MINI become a major player, it was a model name for a small car not a company name.
The fact that Rover /BMC/Austin/Leyland/Morris all owned mini and produced the Mini over a 40 year period does not mean it became a major player. If it had Rover would noy have gone bust.
MINI is only 8 years old, and only in this time as the name become the manufacturing company name rather than a model name.

Get your fact straight before harping on the people about things you obviously don't understand and before you start insulting people try showing some respect for other peoples opinions especially when you have no idea how much knowledge they may have.

I dont need to make my car go faster, I just need to learn to drive it faster.

Fat fingered R52, should have been 53. Opps! However, I dont mean to drive people away, that was not my intend! I just wanted to get peoples opinion on MINI's new concepts, not to attack each other with whimsicle messages. I admit, i don't know everything about MINI, but come on enlighten me. MOS obviously knows more than I do, so educate me. I sell parts for both BMW and MINI, but BMW is my forte. After the MINI class I went to, I became a fan. So, please indulge me with as much info as you can! I wish to please my customers not alienate them like NueroBeaker says.

You've basically been the one doing the attacking. We're being jokey about that fact that we cannot stand the car!

You don't need to know everything about the car. You need a good attitude. I suggest you sort this first, then improve your product knowledge. Many people will tolerate mistakes, however most will not tolerate bad attitudes

Well put. I will take the advice, and I apologize if I came off aggressive, just entusiastic.

That's a better start.

Welcome to MINI2.

All the best,
