newb! intro, query and pics!

hi, i'm new here been lurking in the background for a while browsing old threads so have picked up a bit...

im off to see a mini cooper s tonight (snow permitting) and basically wanted to know what to look out for (if anything) with this one... what might the lack of history be masking?

Mini Mini Cooper S - 1598cc, 05, Mileage: 31,579, Black Manual Petrol 3dr Hatchback, MOT Mar 2010, Some History, Taxed until 28th Feb

anyway, here are some pics of my old car that i built over the last two years.
106 rallye s2, 193bhp, 140ftlb (iirc) stripped, caged, buckets. was a weapon but sadly i sold it soon after completion due to a change in circumstances.

sounds good..where you getting it from??

I would try and get a years road tax thrown in..S's are just over £200(215 I think)..don't want to be forking out for that next month!!!
