Hello,

I'm head hunting for some volunteer moderators, if anyone would like to be a forum moderator, please reply here, or PM/email me.

The new moderators will initially be 'forum' moderators. You will be tasked with looking after a specific forum, or group of forums. For example, 'COMMUNITY' could be your 'section' or you could just have a single forum, such as 'dealership feedback'.

While some experience of moderating an internet forum would probably be helpful, it's not required. You just need to be like most of the other moderators, which means you spend far too long on MINI2 for your own good, and are able to keep an eye out for offensive or inappropriate posts.

I'd really like more moderators from the USA and other parts of the world, so we can better cover the various time zones of MINI2 users. It would also be nice to have a female moderator or two!

A few of the new moderators are in place, but we need more!

Especially if you can offer any insight into an area such as interior and in car entertainment, wheels and tyres, ANYTHING!

The new moderators are more 'guides' than 'heavies' (like the rest of us mods and admins!) who should be able to offer advice to others, and also move posts or edit posts if that really needs to be done.

Look at the forum index to see how it's shaping up so far.

I'd of course prefer people who (as I've said) spend too much time on here, and/or post often so they will be around as much as possible to aid other members!

Mugami, of the cliff diving MINI fame, would be good for the racing forum. I'm just not sure how much time he spends on line.

I don't mind doing ICE as well if that's what everyone wants... Whilst I may not have the most in depth knowledge, I've got a good broad coverage.

Monsta is indeed a 'global moderator'.... But his name is now along MINIAC's in the 'big' forums!
