Whats your Sunday morning ritual then !!!

Hi

What do I do every Sunday morning before 10am without fail

You guessed it I CLEAN THE MINI

But this Sunday there was a nasty twist while beavering down by the rear wheel arches some bugger had only scraped the plastic trim and distorted it so it stands out like a sore thumb, why dont people respect another persons belongings anymore.

So my question to you all is what do you do without fail every Sunday.

If we don't have an event on at Rockingham (yesterday was the last one of the year thank goodness) then I guess I'm like you Dinger - I CLEAN THE CARS. A 4-year-old and a car certainly don't go very well together for the car proud person. Still I love her very much ( that's my daughter over the car by the way - or is it )

Every morning, not just Sunday

I check for new posts with my morning coffee. Then I read the Washington Post online.

After that, on Sunday, it's time for an afternoon out.

Well, as of this Sunday....

..it's a Drive to Starbucks for the essential Venti Mocha.

Then back via Halfords (car cleaning stuff as required) to wash the MCS.

Autoglym shampoo, Autoglm synthetic chamois to dry.

Waxing with Auri as required. (every couple of months based on previous cars).

www.auri.com

Tyres and black trim with Autoglym tyre prep (Used to use Armorall but it tends to turn black plastic a sort of dark brown over time.....)

Check Oil, top up with Mobil1 if required.

Check coolant and screen & headlight wash.

Vacuum inside with Dyson.

Dust with Spontex 'magic' duster (great at grabbing the dust and holding on to it, rather than just moving it around)

Lunch, then DRIVE! www.auri.com

Was: 02 MCS - DS/BL - Alloy Patina - Half Leather - Mille Miglia 18" Alloys - Toyo 235/35/18 Rubber

Now: 03 MCS - CR/WH - Anthasite Dash - Leather - White 18" Exel TZ-10 Alloys - Union Jack Roof Decal - K&N Typhoon - XM Direct

I'm watching eastenders as I speak. My poor car needs a clean very badly, I've been using the weather as an excuse of late, but I don't have that excuse today.

hum...I suppose I had better wash the car then.....

8:00AM - Go to the bakery.
9:00ish - Coffee.
9:30ish - Wash the car (April through October).
10:30 onward - SFA!

During the F1 season, it's usually different (get up at 7:00, watch the parade, roll my eyes at another Schumi win, then go for buns & coffee).

Well I don't smoke so this is making up for it!

Might clean the car soon, that's usually a saturday or sunday task. Sometimes both!
