United-Kingdom Help!

Hi there,
been a member of this site for along time, and have been interested in getting a mini for even longer. I'm 18 and have been driving awhile now, but have had to use my brothers 1.4 Grande Punto.

I'm looking to purchase my own car in the next few month, and really like the idea of Buying a Mini One. I've found a nice 2001 Mini One (Blue/White) at £3650, on 'Autotrader' with 107k on the clock and was just wondering, as I couldn't find anything as clear cut anywhere else, including on this form. Whether anyone knew the general problems and faults that could be expected with a Mini of this age and mileage.

Please do help, even if it is a link to somewhere else or something. Anything would be greatly appreciated as I need to make a decision in the near future.

Cheers

Have a look on E-Bay. You should be able to see one with fewer miles available to give you an idea of what's available.
With tongue in cheek, I'll be selling my 03 MINI One shortly. See my profile for the spec. It only has 48000 miles, one owner from new, No Power steering or gearbox problems. I've passed the age of 0-60 times being the one and only many moons ago. My fuel consumption is around 47.8 - 48.7mpg
