United-Kingdom Magic Mini

I need a pic of the underside of the gear stick surround (top, the bit that shows) to compare mine to if anyone has one or can get.

Reason - I've been pulling my car apart bit by bit to give to my painter guy so he can paint the fading silver bits of my car cosmic black, same as the body work (looks awesome btw). I took off the surrounding to the gear stick and now can't get it back on which is odd on a car where everything clips on and off. It doesn't look like anything has snapped off it so I don't see why it isn't going back on (yes I put it on the right way round ).

So does anyone have a pic so I can compare or any ideas before I play frisbee with it or more sensibly just glue it back on out of frustration and can't be bothered-ness (not a word? meh)

(you are all going to tell me to just glue it on aren't you)

Plus has anyone else had a dodgy cd changer due to the freezing conditions? I've brought mine inside so it can thaw out and hopefully fingers crossed like last time (and everything on the Mini) it'll fix itself.

Mini One 52, 27000 on the clock, that's less than 3400 miles a year! Can't believe it!
