United-Kingdom Carbon Fibre 3M Wrap! What should i do??

I have just bought a ton of Carbo Fibre Vinyl wrap, but i am unsure of what to wrap, what will look good and what will look tacky and too "boy racer".

I was thinking of possibilities;

Bonnet air vent/scoop
Side indicator scuttles
Front Grille Top & Bottom
Side skirts, Wheel arches
Wing mirrors

What does everyone think?

My Mini is a R53 Cooper S and is Atro Black with a white/black chequered roof.

Thanks in advance for your help!!!

Think interior.

Dash, down struts (next to radio), etc etc.

Scoop, mirrors and boot handle.

And I agree with Scupham... some interior bits would be nice too.

Well i would like to do my dash, but i currently have a walnut dash! and its pretty nice!!

i think i may do my side skirts. i really like carbon fibre effect and i think it would add a new dimension to the car.

Cheers

Get some pics up of the walnut dash, would love something like that. I really like the leather and coloured stitching dashes you can get too, JCW make them I believe.

Spoiler if you have one.

Just dont over kill it, I personally feel less is more when it comes to not looking like a chav mobile. However at the end of the day its you car. good luck with it all and more importantly tell us how it went with some pictures.

Im tempted to wrap my dash and maybe interior door handle plastic assembly, mines getting tatty and i hate the "silver" finish

Ill get some photos up soon of it. I dont think i could bring myself to CF Vinyl it, i think its a total waste of walnut! haha. i think i would be best selling it and buying an ugly faded old one and wrapping that.

I've had a few bits wrapped in Carbon Vinyl, belt line/headlight rings/bonnet & boot badges

Been on for just over a year now, the headlight rings have a couple of chips in the vinyl but don't look too bad.

Go for it & show us the results, if you don't like it it'll be easy enough to peel it off .

I plan on wrapping some of my trim pieces too, but I haven't decided if I should do the 3M carbon fiber or matte black. Good luck!

Hi,

It is harder than it looks!

I purchased some wrap myself! I did the rear boot handle with no problem and it looks good, I then did the inserts where the fog lights are on my aero bumber. i did attempt to wrap the bonnet scoop but made a bit of a mess so ended up leaving it! Few pics below...
