 tires and wheel alignment have a 07 miniS with standard trans, the right front tire is separating @ the side wall. it appears a wheel alignment is in order after only 17765 miles. thinking about going back with standard ties and get a spare to throw in the back on long trips. these low profile run flats dont seem to be worth the $$ they cost. if the tire continue to wear badly in such a short time, cheeper tires sound better on this car. has anyone had this experience with this car? and can I put conventional tires on these run flat rims? was told the rims are for run flats but hav'nt heard whether they will hold a regular tire..any help would be greatly accepted. we live in a very remote part of the country and there isnt a mini dealer for hundreds of miles, not even a discount tire store...thanks   |
