What kind of p/x price will i get for 56 plate cooper and service book issue

Hi had my mini 1 1/2 years and love it but im fancying a cooper s next, seen a few nice ones in the dealer group stock. does anyone have an idea what a mini dealer would offer for mine
its a 1st gen 56 plate cooper - good spec inc the web spoke wheels and air con, astro black with white roof, 39k miles so due an oil service in 1k miles. its got full mini service history but i lost the service book (although i personally think i did not get it with the car when i bought it but mini are saying i signed for it when i did the handover sheet so i must of misplaced it or its them been a set of morons). ive enquired though and they said i can get a new one for £10 and theyll get it stamped up (can anyone advise me on this issue aswell

i was thinking £5500 but does that sound to high, i know i should get that private but i cant be doing with the hassle of idiots and tyrekickers.
