The EML Light came on today No power and kangerooed a few times, I contacted Mini and I've taken it straight in to the dealership and now awaiting to hear the verdict, hopefully its not bad news, Missing my Babe already.

Finally got my car sorted, it turned out to be the camshaft timing, which they adjusted and they also replaced the piston for timing chain tensioner.

The car is now driving like brand new

I got great service from the dealership and will be placing a post on the dealership section of the forum.

Hi,

I bought Mini Convertible - 2007. The run flat tires were worn out so I bought used tubeless tires however, after driving about 100 km the 'Red' Runflat indicator light has turned on.. I checked the tires pressure as well but it doesn't go off. Is it because I got Tubeless tires instead of Run flat ?

Secondly, I bought coolant from a regular gas station (confirmed with them first thou) and put it in the car. Seems like the DSC light has been on since then. Is there a link btw the two? Can it also turn on if I might have fiddled with the ASC-T switch on the dashboard ?
