Hi

Something like an alta CAI induction kit
15% pulley would be ok for what you want
Get a MSD coil pack and leads
Go up a heat range on your spark plugs or change to iridium ones
Try and get a different intercooler grs are good some times on eBay you see a intercooler for a gp they work well
If you get hold of a gp intercooler you need some extra bits to make it fit but that's easy bit.
If you handy with the tools do a search here at mini2 for modification on your supercharger bypass valve it's free power :-)
Also do a search for the one ball mod for your exhaust unless you are going down the cat back system route
Hope this is a good start :-)

Thats the way to go for easy simply upgrades for your Cooper S.
I have finally got my new Alta Super charger pulley on and it has been well worth the wait!! As there was no way of getting hold of a pulley tool fast i had to go the long way round .. super charger removal!! The stock pulleys just wont come off without a fight! After a 2 timing belts and plenty of head scratching its on! And the Craven Speed tool i ordered from America has turned up today ! Thanks for the help offer Marque, much appreciated.

As for tuning, i purchased the 'Lohen starter pack'

Also purchased the Alta Induction kit and my Cooper is now starting to feel how it should. All simply safe mods for a stock cooper s engine pfcbloom.
