Hello folks, I'm very new to this forum but hoping to be a regular contributor very soon!
I don't yet own a mini but I'm after your knowledge and advice if I could please.
I'm wanting to buy my better half a mini cooper s 04 plate. It's for sale at £7995, no tax with 32500 miles, convertible also.
I know nothing about these cars at the moment but as I say, hoping to be an owner on Saturday.
Is there anything I should look for or be aware of? I own a MGTF ( head gasket) also does the car seem priced about right? Glass guide has it at £6800 but you are the experts.
When we get the car, fingers crossed! I'll post some photos of it.
BAD PRICE!! not a chance, i got a MCS 1.6 22 thousand miles, panoramic sunroof, red interior leather etc few extras for 10.5 k! and its a 2008, i think you will get a better deal! if you already have it then ignore this
From what i have seen of prices of late - it is all down to condition and spec - even colour! \\\\\\\\\\age and mileage seem almost irrelavent!!!!
I'd just look for a good history and take some else with you who knows what they afre looking at - as there are many badly repaired ones out there and two sets of eyes are better than one!
Bad Price. Just picked up an 07' Cooper S, with Aero Kit, 18 inch JCW wheels, Panoraminc Sunroof, 37,000 miles for £8500. Only bad point was that it had one key so I'll have to spend a two'er on that probably but it still represents good value in comparision to what you have looked at.
Keep looking, I spent 4 months looking for mine and chuffed to bits I waited. Good Luck
I agree with the above, seems a bit on the expensive side.
I picked up a 2004 Mini Cooper S last month with 33,000 miles full leather, heated seats, sunroof, xenon headlights, automatic rain sensors, full MINI service history, Bluetooth parrot system (immaculate condition) etc and paid £5700.00 with a service included in that price. That was from a garage as well.
