| Electrical Issues Help
Dear all
I am looking for some information really about my mini.
My car was unfortunately vandalised, windscreen smashed, window wipers pulled off and general damage to the front bonnet area, including a metal rod pushing down the front of the windscreen into the bonnet. ODD.
I took it to be repaired via insurance, and when I got it back the window wipers overshot their usual path when used and then the motor stopped. The garage claimed they never touched the wipers...strange as there were none when it was broght to them. I they replaced without looking at the electricals.
Now I have it back again the panoramic sunroof does not work, it starts to go up then it resets down...could this be their fault? Where are the electrics for the sunroof? Do they run near the windscreen? Could they have been damaged this way?
It is so strange as I had no problems before and now I have to prove that they damaged it....or the vandalism did.
