| If you have engine auto/stop start facility fitted, which most new MINIs do, except JCWs I believe, and the engine stops when the car comes to a rest at traffic lights, in a queue or getting your Big Mac, if theres any battery draining items running, say you have lights on, heater on, etc, the car will auto start without you doing anything to preserve the battery charge levels, when it recognises the battery is being run down to a certain level, its normal, nothing to worry about. |
