Wheel Colour Change in Manchester Area

While I'm picking the collective brains of the forum regarding wheels, I've another quick question:

My winter wheels I've bought (16" s-winder) are silver. Our mini has black bullet alloys at present, and we like the look of the black wheels on it.

How much would it cost to get 4 wheels stripped and resprayed in black?

I'm unsure if powdercoat or spray would be best, I'm aware powdercoat can be more durable but you may loose some definition of the wheel due to the thickness of the coat.

Can anyone recommend anywhere in the South Manchester/Cheshire area where we could get this done?

I had mine done at The Wheel Specialist on Ashton (Old ?) Road. They will do an online quote but there are often special deals to be had. Mine were £280 for stripping, powder-coating and balancing - all done in a day.
