Mine is getting pretty dirty and dusty, is there a cleaning solution to help clean this alloy?

i've never touched alloy rims before, does the clear coat peel off over time?

Meguiars wheel cleaner. Spray it on a cool wheel, wait 15 seconds or so and hit it with a water hose. Wipe off any residue and your rolling again. Clear coat shouldn't peel off unless you use something abrasive...

Make sure you wash them once a week so the dust doesnt build up and get eating into the surface.
I do mine every week, with ordinary car wash shampoo, and take them off every few weeks and clean them inside too, they are still like new, if you do this you dont need any fancy cleaning products which can do more harm to the wheels surface and some are acidic.
Either that or be real lazy and have black wheels.

I agree with cleaning the wheels regularly. I use Meguiars Quick Detailer every other evening while smoking a stogie in the garage. If I miss a few days the wheel cleaner works very well. Meguiars has a product for different types of wheels as well as an all wheel cleaner. The product works great because it gets to the nooks that you can't get a rag on.

You might get the tyre rubbing that arch on full lock when you go wider than standard thats the thing to watch out for, also depends if the rims are standard MINI to start with.

I use Auto Express wheel cleaning thing, just spray on, agitate with a brush if you want, and rinse off. I then spray on their barrier aerosol, which leaves a non stick coating to the wheel to make the cleaning next time a doddle. Highly reccomended, and a lot cheaper off Amazon than in Halfords etc.

I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.

The first time you clean the wheels you might neeed to use degreaser after that if you was them every week or so you should just need soap and water.
