Paint the front gril surroundings

I am looking to paint my front Grill surroundings.

Could someone point me into some thread with some details to DIY it?

Also should I repaint the plastics also or its ok to paint the chrome only?

I am going for a black color.

Thanks in advance people!

Best to use some black vinyl wrap on the chrome surfaces rather than paint.

You could have bought a new front grille already done in black though, unless you like sanding and spraying?

We couldn't find one at the time and one we did find had a chunk out of it because that was the plan but i ended up getting another grey one and for the price was in really good condition so just sprayed it and to look at it you would think it was black
