United-Kingdom not holding water?

Bought it 5 months ago... its been back 5 times already... even tho its now out of warrantly...

well i was driving to work one morning and the next minute the car overheated so bla bla bla, i was told there was a hole in the radiator so they replaced it, but had to get me a cap for the top of my resevoir...
2nd time it over heated they thought it was boiling over so got me a cap.
3rd time they couldnt understand why the water was leaking and put uv dye in the resevoir.... so had to wait for it to breakdown yet again, so finally it broke down..
4th time then said they seen a small hole in the thermostat housing so they replaced that... and now its broke down yet AGAIN!

It seems to take 3 or 4 fills for the resevoir to actually fill then goes for about 10-14 days then it jus empties out... its puzzling the dealers and me, while severly ****ing me of....

anyone any clues???

Do you ever see a puddle under the car? The dye only leaked out at the thermostat housing? I had to have my water pump replaced. Generally the water pump leaks after you turn off the car with pressure built up and the diaphragm in the pump is going bad.

I would check they are bleeding air out the cooling system and heater correctly when it is refilled....it takes care and patience to do properly and as said by Macguyvic above, check/replace the water pump.
