DIY Tuning a Mini One first Generation

Hi Guys,
Ive got a 2004 Mini One, Im looking into tuning and can't decide on the best route. So far I have installed the Bluefin superchip and a Cat back system. Does anyone know how I can get more power out of it?

I can't afford to change to a cooper or cooper s for insurance purposes so tuning my one is the only option at the moment, any ideas?

Thanks

Have you told your insurers youve tuned it all up so far?
Tuning normallly affects the premium greater than a standard model.
Because if you dont and youve modified it it wont be insured come the crunch
