Noisey Air Con
When using the heater on my R53 no problem at all. When i press the aircon button it sounds really noisey like I can hear a fan spinning?

Any ideas? Could it be an issue with the aircon itself?

Does the noise come from under the bonnet? The condenser/radiator fan comes on with the A/C

The cooling fans might start up plus you get a click and a momentary dip in engine revs as the compressor clutch engages, this can sometimes cause some noise.
