Bodywork - to repair or not repair

I have a small defect on the bottom of my passenger door. I got the car used when it was just short of being a year old. When you look down the side of the car, the light bends and the defect shows up. It is not visible when looking square on. To the question then. Would you have it repaired or live with it? The repair is about £220 including the decal.
I'm concerned the paint would not match (Spice Orange) but since the car is not that old, it might not be an issue. Since the repair is not Essential, am I just being picky?

Do you think its had a repair before and not been done very well for a start?
They are very good these days at paint matching so it shouldnt be a problem, they match it to whats on the car already so it takes into account wear and fade etc, a good paintshop that is.
As its metallic and its only noticeable probably by you because you know its there and its not being caused by previous damage repair and its not due to rust under the paint I think I would leave it for now.
£220 is a fair bit and can you still get the decal ok to replace the one thats there now?

I would yes, it has had a small repair at some stage. Maybe a smart repair. I don't think there are any materials involved (filler etc). The decal maybe troublesome to locate as i've not seen another one like it. The price of £220 would be tops and including tax.
