Best Intake

Hi,

Quick question about my mini coupe jcw.
I was looking at the AEM intake with the scoop from the air duct. I wanted to order that but heard that its not that great for my country as we have really high temperatures (summer 40 celcius+). Also found a promising one on minigarage.it which comes straight from the turbo to the right headlight.

Any Ideas on if i should keep the JCW intake or look for a new one?

Also getting Akrapovic downpipe 100cell and custom straight thru 2.5" exhaust de-resonated.

Maybe have a look at MINI Cooper Accessories : MINI Cooper Parts : OutMotoring:. They should have a good selection of intakes.

Intakes are more about sound than horsepower gain

I care about power but intake is one part of the upgrades thank you both for your replies!!!
