Double Sunroof - MINI Cooper Forum

Hi guys, I've just noticed that you can open the back sunroof if you have a double sunroof like me...

Question: How do you open it?

I have no ideas how - I didnt even know that it DID open...

I have the double sunroof on my countryman and both tilt open but only the front slides back fully open. The rear can't do this as the glass would slide off the back of the car. The front glass slides over the top of the rear glass when open. To do this I pull or push the switch until the sunroof has tilted. If you leave the switch pulled or pushed the rear glass closes and the front slides open. Sorry I can never remember if you pull or push the switch to open/ close.

The back pane of the sunroof on a 1st Gen MINI doesn't open.
