Offline | Height of Mini owners Having owned my MCS less than a week, I have had to explain to 7 people (and I know more to come), yes I can fit into the Mini, quite nicely thank-you. I know I am not the only 6'6" Mini driver out there. 2003 MCS DS/DS Mine 11/25/2002 Last edited by goldmbr : Dec 2nd, 2002 at 12:03 PM. |

Offline | I was thinking that the initial spread of 5'3 to 6 ft is a bit too vast. Last I read 5'3 was just BELOW the national average for WOMEN and 6' was ABOVE the national average for MEN. Rereading the initial post I think you may acutually be focusing this poll on TALL Mini drivers. Sorry my bad. BMWAmerica (or whatever they're named) called me today and I mentioned that a seat tilt mechanism would be appreciated by shorter drivers. IMO but then again that's what they were calling for.![]() |

Offline | I know poll biased toward taller drivers. To satisfy my curiosity and to explain (unscientific poll I know) to others there are quite a few tall people driving Mini's. I'm not concerned with National averages. Car was built to accomodate tall people and I want to know the heights of people on Mini2. 2003 MCS DS/DS Mine 11/25/2002 |

He had his Cooper made HUGE by Jesse James of Monster Garage fame (like the chopper they built for Shaq)...just so he could play with your heads.
