DIY advice/help needed please

Good Afternoon,

I purchased have a 2009 mini convertible.Unfortunately the roof at the rear back quarter behind the driver seat is not tight and it appears the plastic tensioner is broken. Allowing water ingress. The roof works perfectly well other than this. Can any one please advise were to get this fixed or indeed can it be fixed. I am based in Yorkshire but would travel .

Thanks David

Hello and welcome to our forum. I don't have an exact answer for you but I would start off by calling a Mini dealership. I would think they should be able to order it for you. If they can't help you I'd give any trim (upholstery) shop a call and see if they could fabricate what you need.

Thanks for your advice. I have got the problem sorted now.A company in Leeds called Mad4Mini took the time and effort to fix this for me .I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks to them it is now good as new. Mad4mini brilliant.
