Hey im still searching around for a mini that i would like to purchase. but like some car brands mileage counts, i was wonder is it the same with MINI cooper s? what i mean is, if a cooper s has high mileage lets say 111,000 miles do u get rid of it? i know it all depends on how the care is being taking care of but i was wonder is there a certain mileage you don't want to hit
Its tough looking for a used vehicle. Turbo definitely has a chance of having some more wear and tear on it just because it's Turbo and ppl are more apt to get on it vs a regular Mini. Really gotta weigh the differences of owner/looks/sounds and the vibe your getting. TAKE A TEST DRIVE FOR SURE. Dont forget there are used Minis for sale here on Mini2. Here is my 09 HardTop, great shape with 58'000 on it. Just had water pump and main drive belt done at 55'000 other than that not one problem. This Mini has been to Quebec, CA to Mississippi and all over NNJ. Wish I could offer it to you, the wife and i are waiting for our 2014 Countryman S All~4 that we built online to be delivered from the Oxford plant in the UK.
hey sorry i moved and didn't have internet for a while haha and thanks a lot man yeah ive been told to test drive and listen carefully so i was get taken advantage and nice your 09 looks in good shape! Countryman are nice my brothers gift has one and it's really roomie
You cant always go on the mileage, a car thats done 30000 miles never cleaned, not put in for service on time, lots of shortish journeys etc, can be in a worst state than one the same age thats done say 80000 miles and been service to the book and really cared for.
You just need to go and see one that takes your fancy, see what it looks like and give it a good going over and test drive, and try and get some warranty with it if you can.
