Cooper S JCW?

So, I'm looking for a new car.

I'm a tall guy, 6'6. I've driven a 04 MCS and I love the sound and how fast it FEELS..

I'm looking at buying a JCW MCS (supercharged). I've found one for sale. The seats seem bigger than the standard ones? Is this going to affect head room etc?

Being big I can cope with the center column on my shin, but head room needs to be adequate.

Bear in mind, the one I have driven is a convertible - is the headroom more/less with the roof up?

Thanks

I'm 6'3 and there is masses of headroom above my head.
I don't have the seat right back and not on the lowest setting.

My size 10's do clout the trim at the bottom of the steering column though so big feet may be a different problem.

Don't commit without trying (obviously) but they are very roomy.
Don't expect to get anyone over 5 years old behind you.

I was warned off cars with bulky seats because of access problems.

Then definitely check it out before you buy.

My wife's Cooper is the same - my toes just catch something at the bottom of the steering column when operating the clutch.
