MINI stalling

Hi

I'm having and idling issue with my 2009 Clubman. It stalls when idling and the engine is warm. Cold starts are no problem and will run and idle with no difficulty until you turn the engine off and then restart it. It will drive fine at this point but come to a light and it stalls. No codes show up even when it is on verge of stalling. Not even sure which component controls idle speed and if different from fast idle.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Sean

I had some trouble with my 2009 HardTop,, no lights but had not checked my oil in a while and was low. The Mech said it was having trouble running without the right oil pressure! Of course....... dumb me for not checkin oil

Fluids are all good. Don't think it's fuel filter. Sensor maybe but which?!! Again no engine light or codes. Wondering if I should just change the EMS, need dealer though.

Walnut Shells??????

Maybe you need a Walnut Shell cleaning? I run Lucas fuel additive once every 3 to 4 tanks. You still have to fix the problem 1st though. I try to keep it clean in there..................
