In 2003, I brought my first MINI, which was my second car once I could afford the insurance.
Since then, I owned a further 6 but today, my MINI adventure comes to an end. I have voluntarily terminated my contract and handed the car over to the finance company.
I have had some interesting debates on here, hopefully have helped a few and probably pis*sed off a few ha! :big grin:
I will stay in touch with the forum and answer those threads where I think I have a relevant opinion
Above all, thanks to those who have helped me throughout the years, many of them no longer post on here.
I will share a slide of my cars once I dig them out
I have been purchasing vehicles on the select plan for the entire period of MINI ownership, swapping and changing as soon as the equity in the vehicle matches the outstanding finance. I am personally am not bothered about owning a vehicle and paying a monthly term suits me fine. The benefit of having a vehicle with a warranty and service plan provides the comfort that I need and am willing to pay a premium for that.
Yes, this is a cost which is unjustifiable to many people.
I have not replaced the car yet, I am considering a number of other manufacturers for a new plate in September however, it will not be another MINI.
