My left rear tire looks slanted?

I just bought my car, in Texas. I got home and looked at the back of my car and it looks like the rear left tire is slanted???

Any Help out there?

You mean leaning in at the top? or can be the bottom?
Normally its due to impact with the kerb, bent something, or worn rubber bushes on the suspension tie bars, the later would probably be the main cause, OR if youve just got the car and dont know its history the previous owner could have been trying to adjust the camber and messed it up?
