Replacing front door speaker r50 5.25" suggestions?

Hi guys so it seems my front door speaker has blown on the passenger side front door. I've tried to replace my speakers before but I did purchase adapter rings so the speaker wouldn't fit. Now I'm thinking of buying some aftermarket speakers alongside the adapter rings my speaker size is 5.25 " any suggestions?

Can I simply wire the existing wire to the new speakers also? Thanks!

Budget - 35-40 max.

Pioneer TS-G1344R 5.25" Car Speakers - Walmart.com[/url] for the money you have this is perfect. Really it comes down to how much money you have. you may need a small amp if you use higher powered door speakers.

Hi ya

You can use the existing wiring.
You can go up to 6 1/2" fronts if you want, just remember use the adaptors on both sizes and get a shallow speakers you may need a harness adaptor
Just keep an eye on your speaker wires when the window operates it's close in there

All good car audio places will have this stuff you need I have used dynamic car sounds they should have something in your budget range

I recently replaced my front speakers. I have a 2002 cooper s. The old speaker was kind of floating with fins. I cracked the old crappy speaker out and mounted the new speaker to it. Fit perfectly.

Hi
A good option could be a set of Harman Kardon speakers out of a scrapped mini. There's always a few knocking about on eBay. They're very good speakers and give a great sound quality.
