DIY Piston Ring clearances

Hello,

I am rebuilding a cooper engine. I ordered a set of "standard" size pistons and rings. When the set came, the compression rings have the correct clearances, but the oil scraper rings seem to be for the first over size.

Has anybody experienced this? is there anyone that can give me an idea what the clearance should be for the oil scraper ring?

Hope someone can help.

Thanks
