Camber eccentric bolt adjuster problem

Just had four new tyres fitted on a 2011 Countryman Cooper D and also had an alignment check. I was told that, when they loosened the NSR eccentric adjuster for the camber, the bolt span freely and they could not adjust the camber in the direction they wanted. They said they were able to tighten everything up again, but the NSR camber is significantly out (it's -2.39, with central at -1.65).

If I want to get the bolt fixed, what is involved? Is it just the bolt, or parts of the suspension as well. Any idea of the cost?

Is the lack of alignment a concern? I expect the type would wear unevenly, but then the cost of a new tyre might be a lot less than getting the bolt fixed, plus another alignment. I haven't noticed any issues whatsoever with the handling of the car.

Thanks

Kevin
