Arrow What do you think of this mini? And a couple questions...

Hey, this is my first post. So glad that i'm soon joining the mini cooper "culture"
So i just found this 2008 Red cooper S with 71.000 Km
Stock, all body work and trims here and there and the rims are factory ordered by the owner
So i'm just questioning the looks
Here it is in the attachments

What do you think about it?
I'm not a fan of the black trims isn't it cooler on a mini to have
The strips only
Do all these trims ruins it? Or it has attitude this way?

What is missing?

another question is
What is the difference between the 2007-2010 models
And the 2010-2013 models?
I know they changed something even if its little i really would appreciate it if u can tell me
I noticed that the newer models were bigger..or is it just me?
And they had a silver trims on the back fog lights and they are all had black interior.. But What else?

Thanks

The 2nd Gen MINI was given a "facelift" effective with August 2010 production. These were called LCI (Life Cycle Impulse) models. The most important change made to MCS LCI models was the replacement of the problematic N14 engine (Google "death rattle", "coking") with the N18. Some markets got the N18 engine effective with March 2010 builds.

Black trims (like the headlight rings) can be replaced with OEM parts.

Thanks for the reply
So there were no changes on the car's body dimensions just the rear and fromt bumper, right?

About the problem "death rattle" what are the causes of it and what requries to fix this problem...
It would be a nightmare to have any type of problems with this car

I am currently confused on what to chose between the red manual trans. (Pictures provided earlier) or a white 2009 with auto-matic trans.

The white looks cooler but i like the black rims abd the tuned exhaust on the red one

Can't really choose
So guys
Whats better manual vs auto?

And
Can 4 adults fit comfortably in a mini ?
