Bypassing High Beams and Rally Lights?

Sorry if this has been posted before, I ran a search but could not find anything on it. Is it possible to have the Rally Lights on without the Highbeams? It seems like you should be able to get around this fairly easily. I have no need to run the Rally Lights simply because they currently only run when the high beams are on. Thanks in advance.

CORRECTION: for anyone that read my previous post saying this worked differently in Canada, ignore it. I just called my dealer again and spoke to someone else and they told me the rally lights work with the high beams, as they should in my opinion and legally (must shut off highbeams and auxiliary lights when oncoming traffic approaches).

Are your lights the Dealer Mini Lights or aftermarket?

Thanks.

Fix it 'til it breaks.
