MPG Mini Cooper s

This might of been covered a few times but I've only had my car 3 days.

What are people getting MPG on there Mini Cooper S's???

40mpg - 2nd gen MCS, I've had 2 and they both got around the same. That average, driving hard and a little smoother too.

My 1st Gen JCW is currently showing 40.9mpg, but then I generally take it easy as I mostly use it to get to work and back.
