Delivery Pack and Freebies??

Hi there.

Ive performed a search but cant find any info.

im picking up my car at the beginning of june

i was just wandering what the 'delivery pack' consists of as it costs about £270. its nothing to do with the changing of my cherished number plate, or the liscense, or the petrol, as ive been charged for that already.

any uk owners have any ideas??

also, is it reasonable to expect any freebies on delivery day, seeing as how not much discount (if any) is offered when purchasing the car?

has anyone had any cool stuff?
and in particular anyone who has bought a car from a John Clark franchise in Scotland.

I got nothing in the delivery pack, apparently it was delivery from the oxford plant to my dealer. I would have preferred to collect it myself!

No freebies either!

Think the total "on the road" costs are £400 which from memory includes Road tax, petrol, licence plate registration and delivery.

Freebies - I got a bunch of flowers

Tried my best to get a second remote key thrown in but failed

Didn't buy from John C though.

When i picked my S up i got a limited edition framed picture of a MCS. It has pride of place on my wall however it was only give to the first few people to pick there MCS about a month after they were launched.

When I ordered my cooper i managed to get the following from my dealer for free,

TLC
Rubber mats
Clear side indicator lenses
Flaps all round
Black Bonnet Stripes

For freebies ask for dealer fit options because they can give u them from free.
