It will probably have a 12v outlet on the console or in the boot area, but I doubt it has a 110v one?? thats one step down from lighting up your house.
I used to own a Acura MDX and it had a 110 outlet in addition to the lighter socket. I thought my dealer said and showed me that my 2014 Hardtop had
a 110 outlet in the cargo area. The car is at the dealer I can't confirm that.
You can't get more out than you put in, but you can trade off volts against power. So although Ohms* law etc come into play W=I*V, to get the same power out (W) you either need more current or volts - 12 volts are available at multiple amps but up that to higher volts (110 or 230 even) and you greatly reduce the current available. There will be losses in the inverter too so if you check the specs you will see all the mobile car type ones only provide very little current.
*Think it was Ohms law, it was all a long time ago that I knew this stuff.
