Talking Woo Hoo

At last I've got me Cooper back after almost 4 weeks at the dealers having the front off-side suspension rebuilt due to "an off" in the snow. For those of ya that don't know...I skidded and hit a very high kerb at about 15-20mph and resulted in £1700 worth of insurance work. Many thanks to Sytner Leicester for doing (touch wood) a great job....now I can start having fun again, but I'm not going out in the snow

I was without my car for 4 weeks too because of an accident, but I didn't have all that other junk to worry about. But oh yes, I did have a ruptured spleen, so maybe that can make up for what you had to do?

Green Cooper

Makes me feel lucky, I had a similar experience when I hit black ice on the exit of a bend. I got away with a bill to check everything over and a chewed rim (the kerb had it for breakfast).

Regarding snow though. I have had chance to experience plenty of driving in the stuff over the last month, and never enjoyed snow so much. No car I have driven in the snow before gave me so much feedback. It made me feel like a world champ rally driver. The only problem is that the snow ploughs and gritters round here are just too efficient.

Mini: Drive and feel alive.
