Hello everyone!
I live in Munich and I'm planing to buy a Mini Cooper, maybe from 2002-2004, because this models match my budget. I'm focusing in Minis that have around 100.000km.
Until now, I've looked at a nice Mini Cooper in a dealer, but couldn't see the engine, or even try the car, (it was already dark and closed). So, I took some photos from under the car, and it had some rust... Should critical be a issue? Which are in attachment.
Here in Germany, due to the salty roads in winter maybe this is normal and somehow acceptable. But, how to evaluate this acceptability? Do you think this car "rustiness" is acceptable?
Well, in general, do you have any advice before buying a car like this?
I'm really eager to buy one!
Thank you!
