Today a Fedex priority overnight package arrives at my wife's work place. How they decided it should go there (a middle school) I can't imagine. Inside is a red MINI pen. No note or explanation, just the pen. It's been a little over 6 months since we took delivery of our MCS. Recieved all the other goodies and then this shows up! Return address is Beth Williams at BMW in Mount Olive, NJ. Odd, but I'm certainly not complaining

Any one else?

She's been looking for her pen ever since??

About three months after buying my MINI, Colleen, my motoring advisor, sent me a red MINI pen.

I have gotten a bunch of goodies from MINIUSA, including the famous pen with the encapsuled red MINI "travelling" back and forth from L.A. to New York.

Is this a different MINI pen design?

I am looking forward to more goodies as I have a '03 MCS currently on order.

It looks terrible on me so I only wear it around the house (drives the wife crazy)!

In the USA, at least, you get them when you buy a new MINI. If you ordered your MINI, you should be on the list.

If you purchased a demo, regardless of how few miles it had on it, you are not among the chosen. I got my car with 300 miles on it, and, after lots of tears and soul searching, have accepted that I will have to purchase my pen. *sniff* Fortunately, I didn't buy the car for the pens and coffee cups.

I got the mission mini hat too. black and yellow, I will wear it when I autocross, but other than that it is only for around the house.

I got the same package about 4 weeks after delivery.

I got my license plates 6 weeks after delivery.
