Offline | 2003 model year changes To all new and perspective MINI owners, here are some changes that you maybe interested in: All MINIs will come equipped with a second remote key as standard from March. This key replaces the current non-remote key. From March 2003, all MINIs will also benefit from the addition of a brake pad wear warning light. The warning light will be situated on the main speedometer between the 'run-flat' warning light and the 'air-bag' warning light. MINI One and MINI Cooper A new exterior paint colour, Solid Gold Metallic will replace Silk Green Metallic from March. All six metallic paints are priced at £250. Steptronic steering wheel paddles will be offered as an option on all MINI One and MINI Coopers with Automatic CVT transmissions. The price of this option is £50.* Perforated sports leather steering wheel has been added into the MINI Cooper Chili pack at no extra cost. It can also be selected as an option for MINI One (from £20). This steering wheel is now standard on MINI Cooper S. Offline | Thanks. It's all been posted before, but it's nice to get the full list in one concise post. This is why my new car is a Week 10 build. Thanks Wollaston MINI! ![]() Our trials and tribulations living in a "bleeding edge" eco house... Oxley Woods Living |

Offline | I've ordered mine already. Would I still be charged the £14,500 or £14,600 when it arrives in April/May? Hyper Blue/Blue MCSC with Chilli 'No man will make a great leader who wants to do it all himself' A. Carnegie |

Offline | You'll be charged whatever it is when delivered. I remember reading the small print on my order confirmation which said the price was not guaranteed. You could of course argue for a £100 discount ![]() Red/Black R56 Cooper |

| MINI2 Irritant | No real changes except for a few bits on the options. But all you get extra on the standard car is Brakepad light and extra key! and that for an extra £100 notes! I'm glad I ordered my ONE on week 8 build!!!! Dont think you should be able to add chrome gille and boot lift to a ONE - after all these should be unique to the Cooper. They'll be offering to altenate roof colours next!! |

Offline | My dealer told me an interesting variation on the above. From week 10 March build , additional remote key but chrome line exterior extra bits are only available on new orders placed since last week, NOT the beginning of March build. I thought I'd won a watch as I ordered the chrome on my MINI One due week 10. Am I being told porkies? There was no mention of a price increase. Still £100 on an 11.5K car is better than 14.8% on 10.5K from an internet supplier I had the misfortune to deal with morrisminiminor |

Offline | Yes but if the contract has small print (like mine did) that the price wasn't guaranteed due to price changes beyond the dealers control then they've got you covered - unfortunately ![]() Red/Black R56 Cooper |
