I will have a quick trip to Brussels for my job next month, and a colleague there is into BMWs. He has offered to order any non-US parts I might be interested in so that they will be waiting for me and I can bring them home.

So I was thinking:
6 toggle switch panel
knee bolster with cubby and driving light cutout (I don't like the shelf option- to much temptatation to leave stuff loose in the car)
Warning triangle (I guess you can order that here, though)
First Aid kit (also available here, maybe?)

Any other suggestions?

Well, you could get a "One" tailgate badge and be the only person in the US to have such a badge. Not sure you'd want to make your 'Cooper' into a 'One', but it would be be unique in all of the US. Added to all your other 'Euro' stuff, it would make a really different MINI.

I'd bet 90% of MINI enthusiasts in the US wouldn't have a clue!
