Fires

[Auto Express]

I am interested to hear from any MINI owners who have had unexplained fires in their cars.

I am the Watchdog reporter for Auto Express magazine, the biggest selling weekly car magazine in the UK.

We have heard from several owners who have had fires and we wish to build a case file so we can tackle the manufacturer and hopefully get some answers!

There's quite a bit of information on this site, so you might not get too many responses direct as its 'been done before' so to speak.

Your best bet to find as much information as you can is to use the search (link on the forum menu above) with this:
fire*
and search just the faults and fixes forum.
